Shipping Policy
Lead Time:
- Orders normally deliver out within 48 hours during working days.
- No delivery during weekends and holidays.
- Delivery time is estimated; this depends on the carrier, and delays may happen.
Shipping Modes:
- We deliver the goods from multiple warehouses and use different freight carriers depending on the customer’s location.
- The standard shipping cost is based on delivery to a freight terminal or to a commercial business address with self-unload type.
- The standard shipping cost excludes additional services, such as Lift Gate Service, Residential Delivery Service, or Phone Call Service; please specify at the time of ordering.
- For remote or difficult-to-reach addresses, additional shipping charges may apply, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- For delivery to Canada and Mexico, which involves customs clearance policies and procedures, please contact our sales team before purchase.
Shipment Change and Cancellation:
Any order change and modification may incur extra fees; please contact us in advance. We do not accept modifications after the order has shipped.
Customers can cancel an order prior to it being shipped. After the order has shipped, extra charges may occur for recalling the shipment. Even if a tracking number is not uploaded, it is still possible that the product has been shipped, as there may have been a delay in communication. Please check with us as soon as possible to cancel an order.
Shipping Damage:
Please inspect the goods before receipt. If there is serious damage, you should refuse the shipment. In any case, you should note on the driver's copy of the Bill of Lading any concerns you have regarding damage to the packaging or missing parts. Meanwhile, please provide feedback to our sales team within 24 hours.
If the customer does not note damage or missing products when signing, we are unable to file a claim or provide a return/refund.
Consolidated Orders:
We will deliver your goods together if possible.
